All applicants must pass the Department of Children & Families screening requirements of a local law enforcement check and fingerprinting for a background check.  Conviction of a felony offense may disqualify an applicant.

Pool Employees
All direct care employees are hired into our pool of on-call employees.  Pool employees may be called by supervisors to fill vacancies in a variety of locations and settings.  No benefits are available for pool employees.  Pool employees may apply for regular part time and full time positions throughout the agency.  If hired in a regular position working 30 hours per week they will then be eligible for benefits.  However, before being considered for a regular position, all required paperwork and training must be completed.  Rate of pay for pool employees is $7.00 per hour.

WHEN OPENINGS OCCUR these positions will be filled by pool employees:

Residential Training Instructors
Requires related experience
Supervises, assists and trains adults with disabilities living in a group home.  Administers medication, performs house cleaning duties, maintains progress notes and may be required to transport individuals.
Workshop Instructors Supervise and train individuals with disabilities in occupational activities.  Manufacturing, mailing services experience beneficial.
ENRICH Instructors Responsible for the supervision, training and safety of individuals served in the ENRICH Program.  May include personal care assistance.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

(Part time positions only)
Transports individuals to and from ARC's various day programs.  Additionally, any sub-contract pick-ups or deliveries.  *Drivers must meet the Leased Vehicle driving requirements: Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License, be at least 25 years of age, have had at least 5 years of licensee driving experience and no significant violations in the last seven (7) years in order to qualify to use an agency leased vehicle.
